Metro and light rail systems
The Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is operated by PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (Perseroda). It has one metro line in operation but others are either under construction or planned.
The Greater Jakarta Jabodebek Light Rail Transit (LRT) line, operated by the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Transportation.
